NOT FIGHT“ was used in WWI by conscientious objectors. The message is more than a hundred years old.
Desperate times
seek a reminder that still war is disaster. Peace is more than the absence of war. Peace is not a commodity.
Yet we collect
money to support those whose life is struck by devastation and loss.
In collaboration with Gabriele Rothemann,
a poster was created to support UNICEF with the proceeds. Rothemann's work WE WILL NOT FIGHT (photo emulsion on pigeon feathers,
2023) formed the basis for the poster project.
It’s a limited edition of 200, numbered and
signed, offset print in silver and black on matte-coated premium paper.
